Boxwood Rudall, Rose, and Carte
I must have missed this one but I managed to save a few photos from the old eBay listing. Thanks to Jem Hammond for sending me the link.
It failed to attract the starting bid of 200 quid or the listing was ended.
It looks quite short, I would guess it's an F piccolo.
It is however the only boxwood Rudall I've seen. Here are the photos:
